All products undergo tensile testing in accordance with BS EN ISO 6892-1:2019, maintaining a tensile strength between a minimum of 350N/mm² and a maximum of 550N/mm². Coating and thickness are tested in compliance with BS EN ISO 1463:2021.

Usage Recommendations: As these products are not heavily galvanized, we do not recommend their use in external applications or internal environments that may be subject to corrosive conditions. We further advise that all products should be stored indoors in dry conditions.

Material Properties: For your information, the melting point of mild steel is approximately 1370ºC, while zinc melts at approximately 420ºC.
